Segomotso Kelefetswe (Pr.Eng) is the Founder and Chairperson of Outlook Foundation and is passionate about youth development. He is a professionally registered Civil Engineer and a member of both the South African Institution of Civil Engineers (SAICE) and South African Council on Large Dams (SANCOLD). His expertise in the design and construction of dams inclusive of dam safety surveillance within and outside the borders of South Africa; project management and managerial experience spans over 15 years. Currently, he is a Project Engineer at Trans Caledon Tunnelling Authority (TCTA). He is also the chairperson of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering’s Water Engineering Division, board member for TUT’s Engineering Faculty’s Advisory Committee, Deputy Chairperson and Executive board member of BSTEP. He has also served in a Professional Advisory Committee at ECSA.
Segomotso Kelefetswe obtained his Bachelor of Science in engineering degree at Wits University in 2002, and completed Construction Management Programme (CMP) in 2015 at Stellenbosch University. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Engineering Management at University of Pretoria.
